To become eligible for JDFS personal loans, applicants with permanent employment must have bank accounts, and proof of identity admissible under the law. One is also required to submit bank statement for three months and the last payslip with minimum monthly salary not less than R2,000.

For self-employed applicants, six-month bank statement and CC registration number are must. They should also submit an income tax certificate duly attested by an authorized accountant.
