If your SASSA Card is stuck on the ATM, you can do the folowing

Go to the inquiries counter at the bank with your ID, and relay your problem to the teller.

When will the ATM swallow your card?

If you enter the wrong PIN three times.
If you select the wrong account type three times – remember to select CURRENT ACCOUNT.
I FORGOT MY SASSA CARD PIN!
Your PIN can be reset at your local SASSA office or SA Post Office branch
Bring your SASSA card along with your ID to reset your PIN.
